Contribuisci feedbackI placed a pickup order for a wrap at the deli, and was highly disappointed. First off, I wanted avocado in the wrap, and while it was in there, it was like they lightly brushed some on the tortilla and called it good. I asked for White American cheese on it, and they gave me normal yellow American. Only half of my wrap had what I asked for in it. The other half was missing bacon, peppers, and ranch dressing. Only giving 2 stars because it tasted alright, and they got my dad’s sandwich completely correct. Lacking in assembly quality and consistency.
My great great aunt just picked up her 1/4 sheet cake and it was absolutely horrible . Looked like a child made the cake. She was charged 46 for a complete mess. I will say my mom is on phone with a manager now and he said he would fully refund the cake. SO FOR THAT WE ARE BEYOND GRATEFUL BUT THE BAKERY DIDNT HANDLE MY 86 YEAR OLD AUNT AS THEY SHOULD HAVE.
The store is clean and very organized. The prices are a little steep, but the quality seems descent. The cashier/staff seem to be personable and friendly. They have beautiful and bright flower bouquets $15.99-$25.99).
The staff here is phenomenal. The store always feels welcoming whether you have a question, want something specific, or just plain want to get in and out quickly. Most service is quick and even on very busy days (like Sunday church rush) things seem to still move along. Managers aren't shy about helping bag and cashier etc, even all the way up to the GM. Just a wonderful atmosphere and crew.
Never been so embarrassed before. Me and a friend went to get a sub at the deli and the guy that was making the sandwiches kept making fun of what we were getting on it. He was laughing and smirking at us the whole time and even told his coworkers that he had to tell them a funny story whenever we left. Will never be returning.
