Ryan's - Crestview

We have been going to Ryans in Crestview since they opened their doors. The past 4-5 years their menu has steadily gone down hill. Every day, especially at lunch, you can expect the same things, and constantly getting items overdone and no imagination in taste. Corn biscuits “used” to be my favorites. Now they fall apart in you hands – pp chef.. Recently I took my wife to dinner there because she likes steak (I don’t). She spent 15 min in line to pay because a busload of passengers were lined up to pay, and only 1 “one” cashier available. Where was a manager who usually cashier trained??? Couldn’t find one. Dinner menu was identical to lunch menu, except for steak, but costs a lot more than what we usually pay for lunch. We finally got tired of the crappy menu and poor support that we decided not to have our meals there anymore. There are plenty of alternatives in Crestview to Ryan’s and their crummy meals. KennDiann
