Placed a to go order after I got there and paid I showed the host that their prices on Google are half the prices they charge and politely recommended that they update their menu prices. The host instantly got rude and said they do not use Google. I showed him they are on Google and said again for future potential customers you may want to recommend that it be updated. I then went to sit to wait for my order that was not even ready after I ordered 5 hours in advance. While we were waiting and playing on our phones the host comes back over slides a to go menu and said there take a menu bc all prices change and started giving major attitude I then asked to speak with his manager bc he had no reason to come back to us without our food while we were patiently waiting while trying to speak with the Manger he continued to talk over us myself and his manager asked him repeatedly to walk away he refused told his manager no he was staying there glaring at me with his arms crossed. I then told her she needs to get rid of employees that are hostile and canceled my $63.00 order and requested a refund. But I guess since they don't use Google this review won't matter either. Worst customer service I have ever received. I do NOT recommend uncle bill's as long as rude people are their host and waiters.... Update the owner called me today. He was very apologetic and very professional. This was the only bad experience we had ever had and we greatly appreciate Bill for calling and listening to our concerns and issue.

The food here is fantastic, and the service is wonderfully friendly. It's a great family atmosphere. The crispy roasted chicken reminds me of the delicious meals my grandmother used to make, and the banana pudding is a real treat! I also love their grilled catfish seasoned with spices. Enjoy your meal!

Dining at this restaurant is always a wonderful experience. The hamburger steak is the best I've ever had—truly the finest in town. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the overall atmosphere is always inviting and pleasant whenever I visit Onkel Bill’s. The prices for all the food are very reasonable, and I’m amazed at how he manages to keep them so low. They offer the best breakfast buffet in the city. I often indulge a bit too much, but I savor every moment!

I give this family-run restaurant 5 stars because, despite its small size, the homemade fried food and desserts are the best I've had since I was a little girl. The service was fantastic as well!

I recently had the best fried shrimp I've enjoyed in a long time. Normally, I'm not a fan of fried shrimp or fried seafood since I find that they often come with too much breading. However, last weekend, the fried shrimp were lightly breaded, allowing the flavorful shrimp to shine through. The salad was excellent, especially the corn salad, and the greens were absolutely delightful. The breadsticks were fresh and fantastic as well. Since it was seafood buffet night, the waitstaff were attentive, regularly checking in to see if we needed anything. They were incredibly friendly, particularly a lovely lady with short curly hair who has been there for quite some time. Although the building is older, the tables and restrooms were clean and well-maintained.
