Subway - Crestwood

Food was what you would expect. I had the ham and cheese sandwich. I also ordered the new footlong pretzel and it was pretty good. They don't have the new footlong chocolate chip cookie for some reason.

They moved without changing their address, made it a pain to get to across Cicero traffic and construction.

This location is horrible. They NEVER participate in any of the promotions and the owner is rude.

Great sandwiches! But the Indian lady working here is not nice to kids with special needs. I would like to talk to manager about this. Else I will report it to the state of Illinois to investigate abusive behavior at the store. They can review and revoke the store license.

I can 't complain about our sandwiches; everything was good, however my complaint is that they don 't accept any coupons. I know it 's at participating locations but I never had an issue with any other subway refusing before. They should make it known upfront with a sign that they don 't accept coupons.
