Avra Cafe Food - crete

We had a great dining experience at this restaurant. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the ambiance was lovely. The portion of spaghetti was generous and delicious!

We have just come back from Crete and stayed about a 5min walk from Avra. We tried all of the restaurants on the same strip but Avra was by far the best! We were there every night and some lunch times too. The €4 gyros in pitta was beautiful, as are the waffles for pudding (make sure you get the Bueno sauce!! Great location, nice chilled vibes. We spent hours at a time eating, playing cards, chatting and lounging and would recommend 100

We had breakfest there every day for a week and dinner 2 or 3 times. The service and Staff was Great. Food was Great, and they went the extra mile for the kids. Defenetly visit them if you are in the area.

Great chicken gyros and iced coffee. Perfect for a quick and cheap lunch.

It's a nice, low-key place to grab some breakfast, lunch, dinner or drinks. The people are relaxed, but very attentive. Great view of the sea, nice seating area and great food and drinks. Been there multiple times and was never disappointed. The only downside would be that the little benches have cushions with a plastic-like finish (probably for when you're wet from swimming) but it sticks to your legs when wearing shorts or a dress.
