It offers menu choices from green papaya salad, bahn mi, pho and ramen. I visited Nudo House with a group of friends during lunch time. Seating is plentiful and service is fast. The order is fairly easy. I tried spicy miso ramen. It comes with charsiu, half an egg and mustard green. The broth is delicious with a nice kick. I love the texture of the noodles and mustard green as well. The part I dislike is the charsiu. It is very tough and chewy with pretty thick cut. I would want to replace charsiu with other protein instead if possible. Regardless of the shortcomings, Nudo House is still a fairly OK place to get a hot bowl of Asian noodles in a freezing day.
I honestly get the same thing every time. Pho beef (a classic) and shrimp spring rolls with fish sauce instead of the peanut sauce. This place is so convenient and whenever you want a quick bite to eat for lunch or a get together for dinner, this is your place. You honestly aren't waiting more than 15 minutes for your food, it comes real quick. Pho and spring rolls are yummy and comes with the fixings. Can't wait to try all the other things. It's calm right after work but if you come on a Friday night, it's packed.
The food was good. I didn't care for the beef and broccoli, but I had the mixed spring rolls, the spicy ramen, it began with a J and the crab racoon. The line isbalwaysbout the door. 101 out of 10. The broth was amazing! Service: Dine in Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Maybe, probably, absolutely the best Ramen in the St. Louis area. When we arrived, the line to order stretched far back into the restaurant. Don’t let this discourage you. The line is fast and the food is worth it. I had the Curry Up ramen, and as advertised, it was a unique ramen that captured some strong curry flavors. My party was thrilled with their ramen choices as well. Make sure to order multiple servings of the crab rangoon, and if you have any room left in your stomach, the wings.
I recently visited Nudo House, and my experience can be summed up as fast and casual with decent food. The quick service was certainly a plus for those looking for a speedy meal. However, I found the tamarind chicken to be good, but it had an overwhelming sourness that needed something to balance it out. The pho I tried was decent, meeting expectations, but not necessarily surpassing them. While the quick service is appreciated, it would be great to see a bit more attention to flavor balance in the dishes. Overall, Nudo House provides a convenient option for those on the go, but there's room for improvement in terms of flavor profiles.
