Contribuisci feedbackToday I went in and there was a sign to order online at the door. I had to stand in line and place an order, but could not add vegetables to my burrito. I waited for help from the manager who was on the phone for a good 10 minutes before the grill. She finally came around and I asked her about it. She said she would add it, but when I came home, nothing was added, unfortunately there was no good experience.
Enjoy this location. Staff is usually very friendly and busy enough that everything is always fresh.
QDoba Catering was ordered for the office today and Daniel, ?? ?? the caterer that serviced us was great. He was on time, did the complete setup without hesitation, he provided training and gave feedback on everything ordered. He was pleasant to work with and even went as far as to fluff up the rice. It was an amazing expirence and he was definitely one of a kind. Would gladly choose this location again for catering. Oh yeah the food was delicious and the order was completely correct.
Food was fine, queso tasted old, guacamole was just a big chunk of avocado in my cup very disappointed, the young man who was making my chicken bowl was like he was zoned out I had to keep repeating what I wanted and I also kept asking for more in my bowl he kept putting barely anything it. He just wasn?t listening. The young lady at the counter who checked me out was friendly. And also they used foil to cover my bowl, what happened to the lids, so when I pull the foil off half of my sour cream cheese and lettuce is on the foil and not in my bowl
Apparently online orders are now keep in the entranceway which is not monitored by anyone and leaves your food susceptible to being taken or worse things done. My food was covered in foil instead of the plastic lid and no utensils. Not sure what?s happening to this location but I will find another location.
