Bravo Italian Grill - Crewe

Bravo has gone downhill as far as salads go. They use to be good. I'll order an Italian salad basically get lettuce. You might get 1 piece of salami, 1 piece of cheese, 1 slice of tomato cut in half, 1 slice of cucumber cut in half, 3 olives, tons of onion that I don't want 5 croutons. So I will nix the onions croutons ask for extra of everything else. IF I GET EXTRA (meaning if they get the order right) I might get a smidgen extra but they usually don't get the order right. Very frustrated with them.

When order was picked up, my son was told that we had not ordered a pizza when in fact we did. When my husband called to inquire about missing pizza, he was told that it was waiting at the restaurant for us to come back and get. My husband spoke with manager but solution was not resold.

Not a bad place for a bite. I've had better pizza, but I've had worse. The service was outstanding. Prices were exceptional.

Friendly environment and the porkchop Ala bravo is always a winner
