Contribuisci feedbackI was hesitant to visit this restaurant due to the reviews, but most of the complaints seemed to be about wait times. This was not an issue for us, as there were plenty of staff on hand and our food was fresh. The staff were also friendly. The only downside was that there was no soap in the bathroom. I understand that soap can run out, but it was still concerning, especially during a pandemic. I did inform a staff member, who seemed slightly annoyed but was in the middle of refilling the ice machine. Overall, the presence of sinks in the restaurant reassured me about their sanitization practices, but the lack of soap was still off-putting.
Its 8:15 and the lights are still shut off my crew members and I are not happy!
Rude and to young to care about work. The employees have a don 't give a f/: "k attitude. Was going to order subs and noticed mold on the egg or cheese in one of the dishes. Pointed it out to the ignorant employee whom took it out of container and then started to cut the sub bread without washing or changing gloves ewe I left disgusting. Never will go back ! Think twice about this subway not clean....
Good Subway store. Had a good promotion going on for buy one get one 6 . Staff was nice but seating area was a little messy.
I have visited this Subway a few times but will not be returning. The main issue I had was with the Subway app. The employees at the store would not honor the 'buy one get one sub free' deal unless I used their app, which was not functioning properly. I was not the only one in line experiencing this issue, but no one seemed to care. The workers were rude and unhelpful, and the store was not very clean. The Subway app has never worked on my phone, and the employees did not know how to help me. It was frustrating that we were required to use the app, only for it to not work and for the workers to be unhelpful. The workers were rude to customers in line, including myself, and did not offer any assistance. It's ridiculous that the app is mandatory but doesn't function properly, and that no one at the store can provide guidance on how to use it. Until the next Yelp review! Yelp-Steve-O-Out!
