Contribuisci feedbackAwful service! I ordered food for delivery, but after an hour, they called to inform me that my order was ready for pick-up and claimed I hadn’t requested delivery at all. When I arrived to pick it up, the food was cold. They said that if I wanted it delivered, I would need to pay an additional delivery fee and keep the cold food. I will not be returning to this place!
The server was incredibly helpful, and I was very grateful for the assistance I received while using my wheelchair. Overall, I had a fantastic experience! Regarding wheelchair accessibility: as noted earlier.
The atmosphere is really delightful, and the pizzas are very satisfying. Please let Max know he's doing a fantastic job!
The pizzas here are excellent and the service is friendly. However, the doors do not have handicap buttons, making access challenging for those with wheelchairs or walkers without assistance.
I absolutely love this restaurant! The food is amazing, and the service is top-notch. However, I do have an issue with the management. I have been ordering from them at least three times a week for the past four years, spending around $200 weekly, which totals about $11,000 a year. Recently, I had a problem with one of my orders and reached out to the manager for assistance. When I tried to explain the situation, he abruptly told me that he didn’t believe me, effectively calling me a liar. I was so upset by how I was treated that I nearly offered to show him my bank statement as proof. A few days later, the manager did apologize and offered me a $5 gift certificate as compensation for the incident.
