Little Caesars Pizza - Crosby

Call to wait for order to stop for 35 minutes. I have to go to the store while still on hold and waited in the store just to say that there is a 45 minutes waiting for a hot and ready. Ask the employee is to see the phone works, but nobody knows how to pick it up. Now we have to wait an additional 45 min for my pizza as they can afford someone to run the phone for paying customers. This is a good example of bad customer service.

No matter what day it is their credit card machine always down. All I had was a 100 bill. The employee said they couldn't break it, they didn't. So I asked how long the credit card machine was downstairs, they said all day. I said you want to tell me that all day you have only accepted cash for all order and it is now at 8:00 and you do not have 68.00 dollars in your register to give me change for a 100. You said no. So I went to the ATM and pulled back 40.00 and came home to burn cold pizza. I rarely leave bad reviews, but this happens almost every time I visit this facility.

Forever, no one has talked to us to let us know what's going on with every order. 10 people wait and only 3 or 4 workers. And most of us ordered online an hour ago.

For the team snack, 3 pizzas were delivered to the football fields, the pizzas were not even CUT quite right. You all RIPPED APART were embarrassed to hand over the pizza to every child, not to mention a total MESS. No one takes a pizza cutter to the park!

Sanitary practices back in the kitchen could be improved upon but other than that for a little C's this location actually hustles and is regularly busy. Food is what you've come to expect from this establishment consistently and they usually always have a few hot-n-ready pizzas ready to go..even when they're slammed. Oh they did remove all of their seating though so its standing room only which can be annoying...otherwise it's a great little C's!
