Best meat processors in Texas! I brought her meat back to Ohio for my friends.

This place is great. Her smoked sausages are not one. I've tried a lot of other smokehouses and I've come back here. People are good people and I highly recommend this place. On a page note, the prices are slightly higher than others, but you pay for what you get and you will be your own deer so completely worth it to me again.

Great people, great customer service. The finished product is the best. Make sure you get Jill Burger when you order, the stuff can not beat. I had the opportunity to see the inner works of the store, and I know that great care is given to ensure that you get your own meat back. I wouldn't take my stuff anywhere else.

Always good ground w/30% Brisket. We use it for everything. Also the pan sausage is great.
