After a three day stay in Crosby, we pretty much ate at every restaurant. This is by far the best. The staff is serious about serious, the pizza incredible, and good selection of beer and wine. This restaurant offers a casual dining experience where you order at the counter, and your food is brought to you. There's a full-service bar as well, which is a great perk. The decor is cool, featuring a bike theme, and the pizza and wings are truly delicious. The gluten-free crust is both soft and crispy, loaded with plenty of toppings. It's a fantastic addition to the town, and I'll definitely stop by every time I'm back. For those with dietary restrictions, they provide a gluten-free crust, although there is always a risk of cross-contamination typical of pizza places. However, they use paper-lined pans to help minimize this issue, and the utensils are thoroughly cleaned before use, which is very helpful!
