Shipley Do-nuts - Crosby

The times on the store door and online do not match. The service sucks and a crappy variety. I normally like Shipleys, but this one really does suck.

First time at this location. Ordered a large drink and was given a 20oz drink. When I questioned it, I was told this was a large drink. Also, the donut holes were very stale. I’ve been to a lot of Shipleys and know that this is not normal. Very disappointed and won’t be back.

Have always loved their food but this week I had a bad experience. My husband stopped while he was at work to use the restroom. He went to the counter to order when he was done. The girl at the counter immediately told him in a rude way that this isn't a public restroom. He was literally at the counter to purchase something. He decided to leave after he was treated so rudely. Not sure this particular Shipley's is worth our time or money.

Place is dirty. Kolache are $3ea with hard overcooked bread and a large orange juice that is $3 is only an 8oz. Avoid!

I remember the days when glazed donuts were Soo hot when you got them. now barley warm. The Kolache more bread than filling.
