What a pleasant surprise to discover some outstanding BBQ! I was truly impressed by the BBQ sauce. We ordered the #1 combo, which includes a two-meat plate. The chicken was cooked to perfection and remained juicy, while the brisket was lean and packed with incredible flavor. Our sides were delightful home-cooked pinto beans and fries, both of which were excellent. I would have given this place a perfect score of 5 out of 5 if it weren't for the cleanliness of the bathrooms, which left something to be desired. Overall, the food and service were exceptional. Although it's slightly off the main intersection in Cross Plains, this spot is definitely worth checking out.
