Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Cross Roads

I always go through the drive thru and I was able to immediately go to the speaker to order except they asked for me to wait a moment. Not a problem, but after 2 mins I say hello and they ask me to wait a moment. Okay, well now it's been 5 mins and I still haven't ordered and am sitting at the speaker as I write this. I'm sure Popeyes can check their cameras from 7:15-7:22pm on 7/26/23

This establishment is incredibly disorganized. The staff lack hustle and struggle to remember orders. The dining room had a noticeable odor of mildew and grease. There was a pallet blocking the view of the TVs and other unnecessary items in the dining room. I waited 20 minutes for my food, only to receive cold dishes. The manager, Mr. Jackson, appeared with his shirt half-tucked and smelling strongly of weed. Only one employee seemed to be actually working, while the rest appeared too stoned to be aware of their surroundings. I overheard someone in the kitchen mention that the cook did not speak English and was preparing the wrong dishes. If I were the owner, I would be ashamed. I do not recommend eating here as they are incredibly slow and inefficient.

I was disappointed to arrive at this restaurant expecting to dine in, only to find the door locked with a sign indicating that due to a shortage of employees, the dining area was closed for the day and only the drive-thru was open. Despite the long line at the drive-thru, the staff worked efficiently to serve us. The highlight of my visit was taking advantage of the daily specials, which included a main course, side, and drink for a reasonable price. I will definitely be returning for my weekly Popeyes fix, as it is my favorite fast food spot.

Last night, I went to Popeyes in Crossroads for dinner and ordered the 10-piece family meal. I asked for five wings, three legs, and two thighs. Unfortunately, when I received my order, there were two breasts in the box instead. I attempted to call the store seven times with no luck. I plan on returning tomorrow to ask for a refund as this situation is completely unacceptable.

The chicken was overcooked, but ok. Fries were great.Was stuck in the drive thru for over 30 minutes. They left part of my order out and when I tried to go in to fix it the doors were locked (at 6:45ish in the evening). By this point the drive thru line was all the way around the restaurant, so left without the side we paid for. Won't be back to this location.
