Whataburger - Cross Roads

Did an online order and went to pick up. Went inside. Took several minutes for anyone to greet us at the counter. When we finally got someone 's attention, a women in her mid to late thirties, they told us they didn 't receive our order, and then walked away and ignored us. A few minutes later she came back and I showed her the online order and receipt on the website and she told me again the order doesn 't exist. She then walks away while I 'm still talking to her.At this point, we find the drink has been made in the pickup area so we pull that and show her when she gets back after several minutes of being ignored again. She said well they must not have made it yet then . An order, that she cannot find that was put in 30mins prior. They found it several minutes later. We drive home, to find the order is messed up. The hamburgers were incorrect one even had rotten tomatoes on it. Called the store to see if I could return it for a refund, where I was told that because it was ordered online it would need to be refunded online and was hung up on by the manager before I could ask anything else. Avoid the evening shift here. Unfortunately this is not our first experience like this with this particular location. Highly suggest going to the one on Preston road.

Update: Caleb the Team Lead needs to cheer up! Always looks like he hates his job.This whataburger has improved so much, thisnis the best I have seen as far as fresh food and good solid service. The only knock is the outside cashier most of them are extremely disgruntled lol.

The manager working at 12pm on 4/20/2024 does not know how to manage people. I waited on my online order, which was fine, but the manager was more focused on getting one of the employees in trouble for coming in out of the rain to refill his drink instead of processing any orders, and he ended up messing up my order anyway.

The customer service at this place is terrible. Every time I come to this place there is an issue with the service.

Not sure if it's better than in n out but it's definitely tasty, onion rings dissapointed tho
