Kfc - Crossett

Had to wait to place order then told they are out of original recipe chicken!!!!!! Was told it would be 15 minutes to make more chicken ...walked out. I guess the management doesn?t know that they should make more chicken when the bins are empty

I'm sick of these people being rude and not giving me the food I pay for. I ordered a 5 pc tender tonight with a side of mashed potatoes and gravy and ordered an extra side of Mac n cheese. The guy didn't give me a receipt and then I was told that my Mac n cheese was in the box. Get home and I have no mashed potatoes. The last time I visited no one answered the intercom so I pulled up and the guy serving the car ahead of me looked directly at me. When I pulled up he walkedaway from the window and no one else ever came to the window. I will not be going back. Please do not waste your money here. It is not worth it. Would give zero stars if possible.

What a disappointment. Waited 10 minutes in the drive through for somebody to take my order. After about 5 minutes I asked if anybody was there, and I?m met with a sort of attitude saying she?ll be with me in a minute (this has happened more than once). After ordering, it took another 5 minutes for my food to be ready, with nobody ahead of me in the drive through. On to the door? First off, don?t tell me that an item doesn?t exist that?s listed on your menu (no, not out ofstock, but that it doesn?t exist)? especially when I had the item a few days before. Second, they can?t seem to get an order right. Ordered two BBQ chicken littles. Received two buffalo chicken littles. Fed up, I went inside to have themreplaced. What a joy? the bread had just been pulled out of the fridge, so my ?new? sandwiches had cold bread. Yum. Get back out to my truck, sure enough the gravy is missing (or almost non-existent) in my other item? I was too ticked offto have them spend another 5 minutes fixing that so I just left. A waste of $13? should have just gone to popeyes.

Terribly short staffed with people providing poor service mediocre food, looked like someone had just robbed the place last week as the register drawers were all pulled and they had zero change

I waited 45 minutes of my lunch break for a chicken sandwich an it wasn't even fresh. They were rude an out of all soda. Literally a parking full of people waiting around a hour for food. Subpar on all levels
