This diner has the entire flair of a 60's diner, but in a car repair shop atmosphere. The walls are fed with old auto repair equipment, model cars and wall suspensions of old vehicles. If that's not enough to tempt you to make the trip, let's talk about the food. Fish and chips! The best items in the menu. Although you get to the fact that it is cod and not halibut, let me assure you that your taste is buds for a treatment. I would say that the fish and chips here on the top 3 of the best I ever had. The French frits are freshly cut, but slightly dry. The fish is perfectly cooked without oily residue or coarse spots. The owner likes to chat with his customers if he is not busy and will take you for a proud tour of his diner. All in all, this is a must for fish and chips.
We heard from this place of friends, so we stopped on our last trip. The food was great, but very expensive. We had the fish and chips and it was as much as we could eat. The only thing I see is that he still smells like an automobile garage. Service: Dine in

This is a little diamond in a small, lucky community. The food is amazing, hands down some of the best fish I have ever had. Homecut fries. Large portions, so go hungry! Then you have the atmosphere, if classics is your jam then you really need to go here. Reminds one of an old 50's style diner, with classic cars, and if you're really lucky they take you on a tour of the classics they are working on.
Great fish burger, not greasy. Could use a local beer selection. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: CA$10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Cod Burger
