Update: I limped over this morning, ready to do battle or change rooms. However, the 2 receptionists there actually knew their business and were very pleasant. No issues, problem solved. Ratings changed accordingly. THANK YOU. We will return to the hotel in the future. Recommend. Background: I had reservations for 2 nights, but inadvertently they were under 2 reservations. I showed up early to talk to the lobby to merge the two so that I wouldn't have to check-out at noon, then check back in at 3pm. The person assured me that it would be taken cared of and that he would call me when my room was ready. So far so good... Later, after not receiving any calls, I went back to the lobby, waited, until close to 3pm, checked in, asked about the 2nd night, and was told I did not have a reservation for the 2nd night. I showed proof, then the person said to come check out at 1200 and check back in at 3pm. No guarantees. So I wasted hours talking to the first person, waiting for calls, etc. all for something that is common sense: Customers that stay for 2 nights ought to be able to stay in the same room and not have to check out, then check back in 3 hrs later.

I have been all over the world and stayed in hundreds of hotels and this is the worse one. The Beds are from the 1980’s you can’t sleep in them the are like laying on ply boards. The pillows are flat as pancakes. The Room has not been updated since the 80’s the wall paper coming off. The elevator is broken so you have to take the service elevator. You can hear the planes, boats and everything else going by all night long. Overpriced hotel is a understatement. This should be a 2 star hotel The only thing this place has is location but that’s it. Read the 1 star reviews for the truth on this motel

Great location and spacious room. It just needs some updating, is outdated!

Super disappointed by our stay here. AC was not working and the heater was blasting off the entire night. It was crazy. My husband and I could not sleep at all and we were sweaty. I heard 4 different guests complain the same to front desk but there was no empathy or response at all. Nespresso machine was not working. Flush was not flushing Shower was bad. Not getting hot water. What a disaster for paying huge price for this hotel. Valet is 55$ They don’t even have some water or coffee at the reception for the guests. Stay away.

Pros Good location, Good size clean rooms, complementary water in room. Cons Breakfast option limited, we were misinformed during checkin that there was complimentary breakfast with our room but upon checkout they refused resulting in us being charged substancially extra. We regret staying due to this unprofessional approach.
