Dunkin' Donuts - Crossing

Today 11/20/2023 at approximately 3:10pm was the worst customer service I have ever experienced at a Dunkin ' Donuts in my life. The person I dealt with today was extremely rude and impolite. And the worst place, honestly. I asked him to warm up my bagel twist because it was cold. He started screaming on his own insolently. He told me the water is not free. I told him I asked you to warm up my bagel twist because it was cold. I didn 't ask you for free water. I have my money . He said to me, I don 't understand what you want. I told him that if you do not understand, you should speak gently. He started speaking rudely. Worst customer service.

The surpervisor INES is super rude! She can’t tolerate nothing if someone has their order wrong she prefer to give them the money back instead of make it right! She is SUPER unprofessional!

It took me over an hour to get my food. Do not come here if you value your time.

It's a great place to get coffee breakfast sandwiches juices tea hot chocolate baked goods and soda

The service sucks they must have new emloyees which they are in competent of their jobs plus they always have heroine addicts sluming around or even hanging out in front of the dunking donuts i wouldn't go here if my life depends on it!
