Fire+ice - Crossing

We are in Boston with 40 dancers and families for a competition in the Back Bay neighborhood and wanted a place for dinner for the full group. Thanks to great reviews, I lucked into Fire-Ice due to its range of options and ability to handle random allergies and preferences. It was perfect. Everyone had a great time with the amazing food and low noise level allowing great conversation. The service was perfect. Everyone was very nice and did all they could to make our night better than we could've hoped for.

Loved this restaurant! Went here with my family when visiting Boston. It was soo worth it. The kids loved that they could control what they were putting on their plates and was so nice that you could go back for seconds, and thirds...!

I did not enjoy the fact that I called for a reservation and when we got there our table was right next to the entrance and we got sat right next to a party of about 18 . Me and my date had to basically scream to communicate to each other. When I asked if we could be sat at another Location they said they couldn't. I saw other open tables . I will not be going back there

Let me start by saying that I love Fire&Ice but this particular visit was horrible although the server was great but as far as the food I don't know if they were rushing or just not paying attention but some of the food wasn't cooked properly and they were very busy but I've been there before on busy nights and never had issues like this. There were a ridiculous amount of unsupervised children running all over the place almost knocked food out of my hand twice. Honestly for the amount of I'm guessing students that were there they should have had them just rent out the whole place for a certain time period because for the rest of the people there just trying to enjoy the atmosphere and their meals it was horrible.

Very good food and fun experience. We got moved mid meal to a different section of the restaurant because someone messed up our reservation. I have an allergy and they accommodated super well.
