Food Wall Chinese - Crossing

I used to love this place but it has fallen so hard the past year. I ordered food last night and they forgot to include my crab rangoons which I was looking forward to the most. I got a refund but when you are eating half the meal you were looking forward to and still had to pay delivery fees and a tip, it sucks. Like a lot of spots, prices have gone up while quality and portion sizes have gone down. I remember when cheap greasy America Chinese food was cheap. I ended up spending $50 for two people. Very sad. I hope they turn around soon but I’m going to visit other spots now.

It's a small pickup/delivery chinese restaurant. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The food has never been wrong or cold. Every time I go it's always quick and hot. Best chinese food in boston area. I will travel just for this.

I have frequently ordered and purchased my meals here.What I have noted is that the quality of the dishes prepared have been on the decline. The unique flavors are still there but the quantity of key ingredients in certain dishes have certainly been much reduced. To illustrate, unfortunately for me, I ordered Seafood Delight which was described to contain lobster, scallops and large shrimp etc. The lobster pieces turned out to taste like gummy, gooey pieces of logs, with nary the distinct flavor of lobster, and one tiny piece of scallop in the entire package that was purchased. My family and I suspect that we were served artificial lobster that looked strikingly like lobster meat!!!! I also ordered Chicken and String Beans. My family and I ended up with a large box of stir fried string bans with miniscule amounts of tiny pieces of chicken scattered in the dish! Very disappointing that this once fine Take-Out restaurant would go the route of serving the trusting public with artificial seafood products and cheat on food ingredients!!!!!!

Very good portion sizes, but the food tasted like it was cooked in dirty oil and unclean pots and pans. I could taste the meal made before mine, not necessarily in a good way

I love the food the people are nice the food is yummy! The prices definitely have gone up from years ago but still come through four the bomb food!
