Kfc - Crossing

The food was surprisingly not good. The chicken was dark and not expected for the crunchy taste. The best was the cole slaw. The corn did not have a butter taste and the fries, well!

I am a disabled veteran of the US Army with 3 Teenage daughters and two days ago I was denied the right to buy food and use their bathroom yes I offered to even buy food but me and another lady of African-American decent were racially and Genderly discriminated against and I was also trying to use their free public restroom and got denied more than twice even when I tried to buy food before and after. Even God Salem and the Universe wouldn't allow that and they choose who they want to serve and or help meaning that of certain people and even a shift leader /manager was on and I got told to go away Food and would never deny nor would ************ Deny someone the ability to use a bathroom or the right to choose to buy food before and or after using a restroom. And a lot of people like to pee on their wall next to 7Eleven. This KFC violated ADA, and even Gender laws and because of their actions their lucky I didn't end up with a UTI.

Great KFC great location great staff still good food wish they would bring back the original fries they have some great specials right now $4.99 for two piece

I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with mayo and no pickles but what did I get on April 1st a burnt tongue and mouth cause instead of mayo it had hot hot sauce on it it also nearly stopped my breathing I am still waiting for them to compasate me for the pain and suffering I went through for over 2 weeks and a half all I am asking for is for them to send me a bucket of extra crispy chicken and biscuits and Mac and cheese 2 bucks of diet Pepsi and a chicken pot pie

Customer service is a minus -O, chicken was not hot and wait time was ridiculous.!!!! The fat rude slob, funky attitude, light skinned chick putting orders together in the back missed Customer Service 101. She’s the reason we see so many online videos with customers going off on the staff behind the counter. RESPECT, THANK YOU, PLEASE and a SMILE, even if it’s fake go a long way.!!!
