I didn’t got the name but there is a young shabby guy wearing a hat works there , definitely he has a bad attitude to the costumer . On 02/0721 . In order to be customer service first you have to have a good personality and smile on the face.

Deanna helped me pick something sweet to drink for my walk back to work ion Kenmore! She was so nice and informative! Thank you for the caramel macchiato, the drink was delicious!

Should be okay if you’re white or Asian. Cashier at register ignored me but took his time even asking if person behind me wanted extras. Please and thank you were used.
