Sunset Cantina - Crossing

Always loved going here and has been such a highlight of my college experience

I came here with some friends and it was a great experience! great wait staff and great food. I would 100% recommend to someone looking for a quick spot to eat and drink near BU.

Menu not great and food was very bland. Margaritas were limited and not very good. Service was ok but 20% was auto-added so it seemed liked there was no incentive for the server to give good service. Also, additional 3.5% tip for the kitchen automatically added to our bill, but the food wasn't very tasty and it wasn't super busy so I'm not sure why it was added.

We ate off of the event menu, which was quite limited. The portions were small and the prices were high. Service was barely minimal, the waiter essentially ghosted us after we ordered. Our appetizer didn 't arrive until after the meal was brought to the table. When we finished we then waited easily 25-30 minutes before we got our check.
