Good late night bar, didn't get food but the drinks were reasonably priced
I was visiting Boston over Labor Day weekend with some friends and we were looking to get a lobster roll from somewhere. We ended up at Tia’s since we were in the area. I do not recommend this place at all. Between the 4 of us, we ordered 3 lobster rolls and a clam chowder. For the lobster rolls, we had an option of getting it warm with butter or cold with Mayo. We all got the “warm” one with butter and when it arrived it wasn’t very warm and seemed like it had been sitting there for a while before it came to us. The waitress came to check on us *once* and when I told her that it was cold and seemed like it was sitting there for a while, she asked me if I wanted her to go heat it up for me. (Like in a microwave???? . I declined and we just went on with our meal. I split a bill with one person and for two very small, overcooked, and cold lobster rolls it came out to 70! I usually don’t write bad reviews but I feel that people need to know before going there (especially if you’re on a vacation there, so you can find something better . I don’t mind spending on good food, but I don’t see how they can justify serving this to people for the price. We were extremely disappointed. Hope this helps someone else.
Came in for lunch, but only stayed for an over-priced beer. Service was so bad, we couldn't even put an order in for food after 30 minutes! No one even cared. Bathrooms were disgusting, too.
Come here if you want to be ignored by wait staff. Big nope. Get it together.
