Domino's Pizza - Crossroads

The staff at this restaurant is fantastic. The manager, Vicky, ensured that my order was correct and that the pizza was served hot and delicious. Every time I visit, the staff greets me warmly as soon as I walk in. Mark consistently remembers that I prefer my pizza with extra sauce and checks in with me about it if he doesn't see it on my order. Service like this is unbeatable. I highly recommend this place.

I ordered pizza but the tracker said it was delivered when it wasn't. I have been living in the same home for 15 years and have placed around 50 orders that arrived on time, which is why I am giving this review 2 stars. I called the restaurant and they said they would send out the pizza immediately, but I ended up waiting for an hour during rush hour. Can I call back? The restaurant has $60 of my money and I still haven't received my pizza after 2 1/2 hours. The customer service was terrible.

Crossroads Texas Dominoes app messed up, when attempting to correct issue, store manager could not solve issue and acted as if it’s my fault and was rude. Another employee then stepped in and tried to solve issue and couldn’t but at least tried. Then I had to reorder. Got home and order was wrong. Good grief I feeling like Charlie Brown with this location.

The quick lunch at this restaurant was right on time. The buffalo wings were delicious. Keep up the good work, everyone. God bless.
