Hardee's - Crossville

I frequently order their chicken burger sandwiches, which are typically quite tasty. The restaurant tends to quiet down after breakfast hours and can feel like a ghost town.

Hardees has become worse and worse. I stopped every morning on the way to work. now very rare, because every time I drill through the drive, they screw my job. everyone. single. time. order 2 sausage biscuits that I had with one end. coffee was cold this morning. I ordered the cookies and gravy combo and when I came to work and open the containers, I see French toasts. they managed to make my hathbrowns right. I won't stop. mcdonalds will get my business from now on. hardees had their chance, but they can't seem to get a job right. the

The food is good, but these one branch u never know whether u can eat or park, then you will find out that the doors are locked so have to order by driving up, they can not help to operate there, but they do the best they can

I tried the new hot honey chicken sandwich and it didn't even come with sauce! This restaurant is strange. I am shocked that it is still open for business. With my management experience, I am not satisfied with the cleanliness, pricing, and cashier service. This place is a disaster. I have been here countless times in my life and every time I leave disappointed. The manager and staff really need to get their act together.

They can't get an order right to start with. Then when you try to correct that order they claim thats not what you said even though the whole car heard you. The order was not on the receipt either. They are very rude at this location. I will never eat at this Hardee's again. Oh and by the way there was hair in our fries. Employees do not wear hair nets and they were not wearing a mask.
