Mcdonald's - Crossville

They are slow and they always make mistakes. They'll always Up charge eveything and wont even ask you.

It seemed they were understaffed but everyone there was hustling but the food was too salty

I haven't been to McDonalds since the pandemic because of the treatment truck drivers were getting across the country. But my grandson wanted McD's.

I go through the drive thru for breakfast here about 3 or 4 times a week. Always friendly, always fast (they have really improved their speed), and good food.

The rudest service I 've ever received from a McDonald 's in my entire life. You can tell that the teens who work here hate their jobs and simply don 't care. Also, the fries I received were so old, they were rock hard like the ones you find under the seat in your car. I will never return to this location.
