Our only regret is getting there late and missing the pool party. We will definitely be returning soon.
Pandora?s Forest is definitely NOT a 5 star resort but it is absolutely a 5 star experience. From the moment we got there, everyone we met was so friendly and accommodating. Kara and Jerry, the new owners, are obviously doing all they can to updatethings and add to the experience. Dee was especially nice and we enjoyed visiting with her. The chalet, the bathrooms and allthe building are definitely rustic but things were kept clean. It was surprising at first to not have a bathroom with our roombut you get used to it. Our bed was really comfy and it was nice to have a mini fridge in the room.. The pool was fabulous?thehot tub was especially nice on cool mornings. We are not night time people so the music and dancing wasn?t for us but it seemedlike everyone who went really enjoyed it. The food was really good too tasty burgers, really good pizza and chickensandwiches and so reasonably priced. You can bring your own alcohol, which saves lots of money, and they provide free softdrinks and water, which is awesome. The location in the woods was so nice?we enjoyed listening to the woodpeckers. Lots ofpeople leave their campers there all the time then come whenever but there were lots of people who were there for the firsttime, too. We have been to lifestyle and nudist resorts all over the country and this is one we would definitely visit again.Don?t go expecting a lush resort because that?s not what this is but if you can manage your expectations and kick back, I don?tsee how you could be disappointed. You will definitely have fun.
I arrived at the restaurant and initially had a good experience. However, it seems like the staff enjoys gossiping about customers after smoking the same joint that they called others out for. Aside from that, my visit was decent.
This was our first time visiting this restaurant, so we weren’t quite sure what to expect. We met many lovely people during our visit, and it was clear that most of them were familiar with each other. The staff was very friendly as well. As long as you understand that the atmosphere is rustic, everything is great. The highlight for us was spending the afternoon by the pool, just chatting with everyone. If it wasn't such a long drive, we would definitely return sooner.
It was especially delightful to be at an adults-only campground, where we could enjoy peaceful surroundings, engaging conversations, and drinks by the pool. This was the most relaxing trip I've ever had. We stayed in a glampsite that was cozy and equipped with the essentials—a bed, minifridge, microwave, and a small table. It had just the right amount of space for us, and honestly, we didn’t spend much time in the room anyway. We used the bathhouse for showers and restrooms. Keep in mind that this isn’t a five-star resort; it's quite rustic and basic. Some areas could use a bit of tidying up and upgrades, but the welcoming atmosphere, the people, and the laid-back vibe made those concerns disappear. Don’t arrive expecting luxury—come to have a great time instead! I only regret not discovering this place sooner. I can’t emphasize how relaxing it was and how well we were treated! This will definitely be our go-to spot for adult-only trips.
