Great place to have a last-minute birthday party. Especially when your other plans fall through.

Is a good place to have fun, but I have been there multiple times with my family and all the time I’ve had every single employee look at me like I’m stupid for asking things. The employees are rude and don’t even care about their job of making it a great night for people. This blonde lady at the food counter is always sounding rude. Just asked a simple question about if you pay cash then it doesn’t charge tax and if you pay with a card it does charge tax. She responded in a smart attitude and made feel stupid. One other time another lady at the bowling counter was rude. I went up there because the shoes I brought didn’t fit me when I tried them on so I went back up to pay for shoes there and I gave my size. She proceeded to look at me blankly for a while and then asked what lane I was on. She said nothing else after so I asked if I needed to pay for the shoes. She rolled her eyes at me because I asked but I was only waiting for her to give me the price so I could pay.

The staff was not good at all we were just starting to have fun and half way threw the game they turned on the lights and started to close and clean everything totally messed the whole game up I rarely write a bad review but this was the worst experience I ever had

We love going here. Everyone is always accommodating and we have great family times!!!!!
