Vegas Steakhouse Lounge - Crossville

Tried to order food to go, they told me they stopped taken take out at 4pm. They opened at 3pm? What sense does that make? I went in after I called and asked for an order to go thinking it was just call in orders nope. The older lady at the front told me that she could not take orders after 4pm cause it messes up the orders in the kitchen. Which also made no sense, so I asked what would be the difference in me setting down and ordering food and when it arrived at the table I ask for a To-Go box and leaving? Would it not be the same thing? I don’t understand why they would turn away a paying customer. I would literally have to set there just like everyone else and wait. I don’t get what’s so hard about taken an order.

Waited 10 minutes for menus. They had full staff and weren't busy. Ordered fish and chips. The fish were fish sticks. Probably Gordon Food Service. Tasted awful. Last time we ate there it was great. This time very poor. Don't waste your time or money here. I made these same comments to a lady as we paid our bill as she seemed to be the manager. She could not have cared less.

Our food was delicious our server, Caris, was wonderful! Best service we've had at a restaurant in a really long time.

Good food and good service. Stuffed shrimp great, gyro good, prime rib good. Nice variety on menu.

Great food, has oysters and Great and friendly staff, reminds me of vegas(use to live there)
