Wendy's - Crossville

Legit pulled up to the box and got yelled at that it's exact change or card only how do you run a business like that then get told they couldn't do half my order because they were cleaning like y'all don't close till one am it was 9:20 get some new managers in there what a joke

The food here is really good, the only complaint I have it that the oil to the fryer needs to be changed out.

As another review stated, the soda machine is wonky. Very slow response. You have to do a quick push on the ice and then pull it back or you'll end up with a pound of ice dumped all over. Cream Soda is ALWAYS out. The face of the machine could use a good clean as well. The soda dispensing button is crusted *ew*They are often out of napkins or other supplies and the bathroom appearance rates a black mark.Staff is generally OK.We are going to try the other Wendy's on the north side of I-40.

Food is great and the district manager and employees are awesome.. atmosphere is great everyone is always friendly and everywhere you look the building is always clean inside and out.

Rest rooms were out of order. They were like this a week earlier.
