This was my 2nd visit there I previously visited in summer and spent an afternoon in the company of a live band and good hospitality. This pub is little oasis in the countryside round Crowborough.
Beautiful old pub with a pleasant, friendly atmosphere. eating is good and the beer too.
Elaine was, well what can i say! Just divine. Relaxing atmosphere, beautiful real log fire roaring in fireplace. Great bants at bar, lovely, friendly locals. This is now my local.
We have visited this lovely old country pub/restaurant on 3 occasions of our 4 day break and found the food drink and staff very good indeed Thoroughly recommend The Boars Head To all and very dog friendly, and chatty interesting locals! Jerry Craven
