We pay too much for these drinks to not be made right. Extremely frustrating

I dropped in on 11/17 because my regular Starbie was out of peppermint, drinks and food were perfect and all the staff was so amazingly friendly. Sunshine was the sweetest barista ever and she lived up to her name with her warm smile and inviting conversation!
