Buffalo Wild Wings Crown Point

I visited on a Tuesday for the buy one get one offer, which is definitely the best day to go since the wings are quite small. I wouldn't recommend the Asian Zing sauce. The service was excellent! It was a bit noisy, but it's a sports bar, so that's to be expected. Overall, I would rate it 3.5 out of 5 stars.

Given that they were hosting an event, they really should have had more staff on hand. However, when our food finally arrived, it was hot and delicious. I tried the onion rings for the first time and absolutely loved them, especially with the accompanying sauce.

I visited this restaurant for a fundraiser and ended up waiting an hour and a half for our order. The place wasn't crowded, and when we spoke to the manager, she explained that the long wait was due to a high volume of takeout orders. I wish they had informed us about the extended wait time beforehand, as I was there with my three young children who were growing increasingly restless and hungry. Additionally, our waitress had too many tables to handle, managing not only all the outdoor seating but also some inside, which was clearly overwhelming for her. The restaurant should definitely consider having more staff available during events like this. On a positive note, when our food finally arrived, it was hot and delicious.
