Cousins Subs - Crown Point

The sandwiches have so much bread and the bread is VERY DRY. My boyfriend got a cheesesteak and we couldn?t find ANY cheese on it. It was hard to swallow since there was no mayo, cheese, or any kind of sauce. The restaurant is small and crowded. You can?t even walk to the bathroom without bumping into people. Would not recommend. ???????? Go to Jimmy Johns instead.

Never had their food before. Made an online order for a 7.5 Italian sammich with additional toppings. Website said it would be 15 minutes until ready. I walked in about 5 minutes after ordering and it was ready. I took it to my car to eat. I opened it up, and first words outta my mouth was, yup ill be back. A good sized sammich for the price and tastes great! Sammich sliced pickles were well thought out and appreciated, especially bc they taste awesome too! Bread is crispy toperfection and the ppl inside made sure I was addressed right away. Thank you!

Don't believe this place will be open for much longer Just like they closed the new one on Wicker/41).. Called in an EASY pick up.. an Italian sub .. they slathered a sub that Does NOT come with Mayo -with-Mayo! and what is with the kazzilian tomato end pieces ?! How is that even possible? Ordered a whole sub- She made a half.. Had to wait for the other half. as other custmers walked in for refund a club no ham) Please take the time to make sure your employees atleast know the menu! Went back today.. They made it right.

I honestly need to stop giving gratuity prior to receiving my food. The good first: The fries were hot and fresh. The bad: the meatball and provolone had meatballs that were lukewarm to cold. The tables were dirty. Which I don't understand because there was no one in there, there was no one at the driveup, and there were roughly five people working.

The grilled to order sandwiches were delicious! They all came hot and the order was accurate. The steak Philly was cooked to perfection, the onions and sliced green peppers made that sandwich! Make sure you order this sandwich with the garlic herb bread, it puts it over the top! It?s also nice that you can add double meat and cheese if you want a bit more protein. The fries always come hot! I will say we were disappointed on one trip as they ?ran out? of fries and rightwhen we were done eating, we seen them cooking some more. Overall, the grilled to order sandwiches are good and the bread is soft! I can?t speak to the deli sandwiches but if you do go- make sure you order something off the grilled menu.
