Jimmy John's - Crown Point

Ordered and got the wrong food on delivery, called and explained. They said they would remake it and send the right order out after. They messed up the remake and sent out the wrong food again.

So disappointed in the tuna wrap I just got. The sandwich barely had tuna on it. It was loaded with cheese. Luckily I had a can of tuna at home to add to it. I order from Jimmy John's often but not if I have to pay for a tuna wrap and then come and add tuna to it. Please get it together.

Got to chatting with the manager there, she hasn't worked there as long as I thought but she was a nice lady. They didn't seem to upset about us coming in at the end of the night. In terms of price it was about what you would expect nowadays. 20$ for 2 people. ? Not great, not horrible.

Sandwiches are always fresh, and lettuce wraps are the best!

If you absolutely must order here, I HIGHLY suggest you not do pickup unless you open it all up and check before you leave. They get my order wrong EVERY SINGLE TIME
