Caffe Nero - Croydon

I am a vital member and get coffee as a form of goodwill. this is the only caffeine Nero shop that does not allow me to buy two coffees simultaneously (mine and my men on different phones) ridiculous! when I first visited, I was finished waiting for mining while the dame decided to clean the load. She closed the door on me and told me to wait while she cleaned! the service is terrible. try my best to avoid this load again.

Painfully slow, even if it is not busy. Every time I go in, it's just a team. they can expect at least morning employees, but not in this industry.

The personal is in the rule ok, but today I have presented a cunning card that my child had matured and had asked to be transferred to a new card. I was told that I had read it on the street. very offensive and very unlikely to consider. my coffee costs nicely a polite wise, no in the future to say. and perhaps get rid of paper loyalty cards overall when they worry, people who cheat the system in such a small scale. stars like my coffee was nice and the caffe is nice and quiet.

Perfect for a coffee. good ambiente, fabulous staff and of course....super sortiment an coffee! many comfortable tables to allow both Soviet assemblies or do a bit of work while the world looks over!

I went into Cafe Nero's in Coulsdon with my small puppy under my coat asleep. After purchasing a coffee I was told because of the puppy I would have to sit by the door. I said ok no problem. I sat down and began drinking...my coffee when i was approached by a rude member of staff requesting (who said she was the manager) that I put my puppy on the floor as dogs are not allowed on the furniture. I said I understand however she is not on the furniture she in on my lap asleep. She retorted that if I did not put the dog on the floor I should leave the premises. I said why didn't you mention this when I purchased the coffee had I have known I would not have come here. I was then asked to leave. I was completely shocked at the way I was spoken/treated when all I did was buy a coffee. I will NEVER use this shop again. I suggest thay your staff in the Coulsdon Branch all attend a customer care course because they clearly have no idea how to be nice to customers.
