Caffe Nero - Croydon

I have been shortchanged twice at this cafe. In all my visits over the past year, the server has tried to cheat me out of money twice. Both times, it happened when I didn't receive a receipt and later asked for one, only to find out that I had been overcharged for an item.

Good Coffee (latte) through the click and collect service. Fast and friendly service during pick up as well.

Not much should be expected with these chained coffee stores nowadays; the coffee was decent but the venue itself could use some sprucing up; feels a bit depressing in here to be honest! The staff were friendly though I must say.

Was here with some colleagues. its a quiet place where you can have nice coffee. Staff very friendly.

Comfortable, clean and good coffee. Ideal place to catch up with a friend for an hour or two!!! Will return!!
