Contribuisci feedbackThe customer service at this restaurant is terrible, especially from the Arab woman who claims to be the supervisor. She doesn't know how to interact with customers. I ordered their creamy cooler, but it tasted like regular milk. In a dessert shop, you expect something sweet, not just a glass of milk. When I complained, she was incredibly rude and insisted that it was company policy to not offer any replacements for dissatisfied customers. Even at McDonald's, they will offer a replacement if a customer complains. She also wouldn't let me speak to the manager. My family and I used to frequent this dessert shop and spent a lot of money there, but we will not be returning. I would recommend avoiding this place.
Came here to use my Meerkat code to get a bit off the overpriced desserts. Only to be told. Even though I came during the accepted days of the offer and showed the code that was on the meerkat app, the manager wasn’t accepting or honouring the discount. Seems Disgusting to use compare the meerkat to advertise only to change their mind when they have people in the door. Trading standards will be notified.
The service at this restaurant is subpar. We visited this establishment in April to celebrate my sister's birthday, who is 8 months pregnant. After finishing our dessert, my sister needed to use the restroom, but we were told that it was already closed for the day. Despite showing her condition and pleading with the staff, they insisted she go elsewhere, suggesting KFC or McDonald's. In the end, my sister had to relieve herself on the roadside, as she couldn't hold it any longer. The staff seemed amused and spoke in their own language, laughing at the situation. When questioned, they stated that they were allowed to laugh. Despite reaching out to customer service via email, we have yet to receive a response after two months. Needless to say, we will not be returning to this restaurant.
The guy who posed as a manager had very bad customer service. Just rude and showed no professionalism at all.
I placed an order over Uber eats for collection. On the Uber eats they did not have an option to purchase vanilla soft ice cream, so I selected gelato. As this was for my daughter and she is extremely fussy I thought I’d call and ask them instead of the gelato can I have the soft ice cream and explained I was unable to selected that option. I had an extremely rude woman on the phone, that told me to order from else where becsuse there’s nothing she could do, bare in mind the gelato is more in value then the soft ice cream. I asked if I could have her name and she put the phone down on me. I called again, she then told me that she won’t do anything to help me and either take the gelato or cancel my order. I’ve been using kaspas for a long time, but how that staff member behaved has left me feeling like they do not value there customers. One person can really ruin a whole brand!!!! I’m disgusted!!!! Kaspas please listen to your calls!!! I didn’t even end up ordering and did take my order to another dessert bar.
