Nando's Croydon, Valley Park

Every Nando's we've been to in London has been excellent, but the one in Croydon is exceptional. The atmosphere and customer service are top-notch. We were impressed with how our host, Paulo, treated us and assisted us with our order. His charisma made us feel welcome, as if we were guests in his own home. The same can be said for the waitstaff and the rest of the team. This location stands out from the rest.

The food was delicious, but our experience was negatively impacted by the slow food delivery service. Despite understanding that the restaurant was busy, we waited an excessive amount of time for our food to be brought out. Additionally, my friends' main dishes were delayed in being served. Our sides ended up arriving after we had already finished our main courses, which was disappointing.

I ordered a butterfly chicken burger, but received a chicken breast instead. My family also encountered similar issues during our visit to the restaurant.

Excellent service. Been going to Nando’s for years, however the service from Gabriella and Kayden today was amazing! 10/10 customer service!

Walked in at 1.30pm and sat down, ordered chicken leg and told none available only breast? What time are you open till when clearly I saw legs on the grill..terrible service and poor standards if not badly managed ..walked out and won’t be back to this site!!
