Palace Spice - Croydon

What a delightful experience! When we first arrived, the restaurant was quiet with only one other diner. By the time we left, the restaurant was bustling with a crowd of regulars. We were warmly greeted and our drink order was swiftly taken. Our starters arrived promptly and were delicious. The mains followed suit shortly after and were flavorful and satisfying. The service was attentive yet discreet, and the prices were very reasonable. I would highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely be returning. Overall, a lovely experience with great staff and delicious Indian regional cuisine.

We ordered takeout from this restaurant to be delivered to the Crystal Palace Camp Site. They arrived quickly, within 30 minutes, and I can confidently say it was one of the best Indian meals I have ever had. I ordered the Bengal Chicken with a Madras spice level, keema rice, and Chilli naan. My 10-year-old had Chicken Tikka Masala, pilau rice, and garlic naan. The food was outstanding and we were so impressed that we even called to say thank you on behalf of my son and myself.

We were walking in the street and saw this restaurant so decided to give it a try. The team is extremely nice and very efficient, the service was quick and the food was absolutely delicious. 12/10, nothing to say apart from fabulous. We had papadam, tandoori lamb (gorgeous) and king prawns with daal. We will definitely come back!

Our recent visit to Palace Spice was just as wonderful as we remembered. The staff were welcoming and attentive, and the food was top-notch. If you're looking for a delicious curry and a refreshing pint of Kingfisher in the area, this is the place to go. Highly recommended.

A welcome return of Crystal Palace’s best Indian restaurant. Used to be a regular when we lived close by for many years. Back up there today and the service was excellent and friendly and the food was top notch. In difficult times it’s important to support small businesses that offer excellence, and this is one of them. Also the offer of a Bangla beer (a rare find) is very welcome
