Saravana Bhavan - Croydon

The food at this restaurant is truly amazing. It reminds me of the taste of my native cuisine. The staff is very friendly and kind.

I always enjoy the food at this restaurant, and the staff were very polite, even when some of the items we requested were unavailable. The food is consistently amazing.

We ordered north Indian thali and it was worst, as they didn't have soup they gave rasam, on asking they mentioned there is no soup and naan is not served, instead parathas were given which were not cooked good,on complaining they were not willing to cancel . Very bad service all together.

Tables were not clean and staffs were unfriendly and cold. Food was average. Wouldn't recommend.

I went to Saravana Bhavan yesterday and ordered north Indian meals. It was delivered soon but instead of soup they gave me south Indian rasam. Yes that's right a rasam. When I asked them they just heard me with no apology and just walked away. Such pathetic service and worst staff behaviour and attitude. The staff was infact making faces when I was telling them I was unhappy. Not definitely worth another visit.
