Smoking grill BBQ needs more than 5 stars! Their food is next level amazing I had guests unable to stop themeselves from going back for more. Not just that, their level of professionalism and wealth of industry knowledge meant my event went off without a glitch. Everyone was happy, everyone was full. Everyone left raving about the food. Cannot thank you enough. You flew above and beyond all my expectations.

Best BBQ fraction I’ve hate in Sydney. Smokey and tender

Was recently at a wedding for about 250 ppl and have to say the catering was faultless . From the pulled pork sliders to the beef brisket mains the meat was like butter melting in your mouth . I must say if you can cater for a wedding full of Italians and Greeks and not hear one of them complain about the food u guys deserve your 5 stars !

I had the Angus beef nachos at the Sydney International, and they were incredible. The meat was so tender that it melted in my mouth—absolutely delicious. The flavor combination was fantastic, featuring well-developed aromas. It was clear that the dish was prepared with love, care, and skill. Thank you!
