Great family owned business. Historical bar, opened in 1867. A sports bar and restaurant, all the customers really enjoyed the atmosphere. Great food and great portions.
Long time since I've been. Canal Days weekend so anticipate more traffic. 1 bar tender, 1 cook by the looks of it. No burgers. Only deep fried food that day, 10 minutes to have the bar tender greet us. Wouldn't order a drink until she told us they basically have next to nothing on the menu. Left and would pass this place for Macdonalds before I would ever stop in again. Very disappointing people.
The service at this restaurant was incredible! Candace was very friendly, efficient, and accommodating. She even went out of her way to kill a bee so that my daughter wouldn't be scared. The food was tasty and the portions were huge, all at very reasonable prices. I highly recommend this place. Thank you, Reeb House!
My wife and I recently moved to the area and have been on the hunt for a great pub that serves delicious food. We finally found it at this restaurant! The atmosphere was authentic, just like a proper pub, and our server was friendly and attentive. The prices were also fantastic - on Fish Fry Friday, we got two pieces of cod with chips and coleslaw for only $12! The food itself was amazing. As a Scottish person, I am very particular about my fish and chips, and this place did not disappoint. The fish was delicious, the batter was just right, and the portions were generous. My wife tried the wings and thought they were fantastic - crispy and well sauced. We can't wait to come back again. Next time, I'll try to remember to take a photo before digging in!
