Contribuisci feedbackI frequently order delivery from this restaurant and I have never experienced such disrespect over the phone as I did today. The person I spoke with was sighing and had an attitude as if I was being silly for asking a simple question. I work in the food industry and answer phones myself, and I do not talk to people in that manner. I only ordered two brownies, but she seemed annoyed that it was all I was getting. Overall, not a professional experience.
After multiple bad experiences in the past, either with quality or general service, I decided that I would give this place another shot. I can not say that I was disappointed! Everything was fresh AND correct this time! (It doesn't sound like a big ask, but it has been with many establishments recently) I called in to commend them (not complain) on the drastic improvement and was able to speak with the new store manager. She was very caring and thoughtful and really appreciated the positive feedback. Thank you Conni and crew!
Got a Big Box meal with 2 pizzas, breadsticks and boneless wings. Everything was really good. Had it delivered, and it was all still hot when we got it. Tasty!
This restaurant is extremely slow. Do not count on their estimated wait times. You may find yourself waiting inside for an additional 30+ minutes. The management seriously needs to address the issue of employees working slowly instead of socializing.
This restaurant is not like other pizza places. This was our second time trying it.
