Curious Pig - Crystal Falls

I lived in the southern states most of my life and BBQ is taken very seriously down there. Curious Pig is the closest thing to southern BBQ you will find in the U.P. or even in MI/WI for that matter. Great food, decent prices and staff is very nice.

Stopped in for some dinner and this place did not disappoint. The combination of the friendliest staff imaginable, the best food and even the BBQ smell of the building makes this the place a must stop for locals and tourists alike. Also try the nachos, you will be glad you did.

Tried this at the Chassell Strawberry Festival, very generous portions, tender, flavorful, great service attitude even on the hottest day of the year. And it didn't even raise our glucose levels! Please Curious Pig, come back up north or think of a retail outlet somewhere up this way. Major kudos to the owner, he knows his business, keep the menu small and have the most awesome employees!!!!!
