Panda Express - Crystal Lake

The restaurant was out of many options when we walked in. We patiently waited for some but we were not going to wait another 15-20 minutes for chicken. Say the checkout the lady was rushing us and talking over us so we had to repeat our order multiple times because she kept forgetting we ordered things.

I can't say enough about this exceptional Panda Express. The quality and quantity of their fresh food are unparalleled. The customer service is truly spectacular – they went above and beyond by offering an appetizer while I waited for my freshly cooked meal. A true gem in CL!

Terrific service and attention. Ordered catering and it was ready by time I requested and food was nice and hot. Diego was helping and forgot girls name with ponytail but she was amazing and will come back to location. Please the girl that greeted me and my daughter needs a raise or promotion.
